 Your responsibilities: 

You will contribute to a highly motivated team of consultants who work on challenging topics at management level across national borders, developing solutions for strategic and operational issues related to the transformation of the energy sector. We are searching for someone with a knack for both quantitative and qualitative analysis because we do a lot of sophisticated analyses. Making insightful reports and presentations is a vital component of your job. In meetings and workshops, you will frequently share your findings to domestic and foreign clientele. Virtually all the work we do requires teamwork, within projects, offices and internationally, so it´s essential to work well with others within a project team and wider office environment.

 Your profile:

 You have an excellent academic background with an emphasis on economics, technology, or MINT; we also warmly welcome recent graduates from other programmes who have a strong interest in the energy sector. Ideally, you have prior experience in energy or consultancy, such as through internships. You have the ability to pay attention to detail and draw conclusions based on data, expertly leveraging MS Office applications like Excel & PowerPoint. You like logically and clearly conveying complicated topics to a variety of audiences, thanks to your great communication skills and fluency in both German and English. You must be able to think independently, take initiative, and have a business-oriented mindset because you will be working in a commercial setting under pressure to meet deadlines and budgets. You have a strong desire to tackle new challenges and take pleasure in collaborating efficiently with others.
